My focus is on getting the group understand the ideas offered by the composer, lyricist, and arranger to help inform performer choices.  This isn't about prescribing a plan but rather giving you the tools to make the music your own. Every session is about unlocking what makes you unique as a performer and to operate as an ensemble.
